One page more of Vinca’s comic to rough sketch and I’ll be ready to… sketch it more clearly? xD
I wish I was faster at drawing ^^;
Today was a very boring and unproductive day Dx So…. yeah.
A friend of mine asked me to teach her how to do digital coloring and such, and she’s going to pay me, so I have to make a program and see how many classes i shoud give her and how much i’m going to charge her… I’m excited! I’ve always wanted to tecah people how I do things =3 I’m lay to make a bazillion tutorials, though…. I’m so impatient I want to finish the picture quickly and taking 400 sreenshots and writting everything I’m doing takes so much time Dx; Maybe I should make videos, lol.
Yesterday i made some rough character design sketches for jack…. but I think I’m not allowed to show hem around =/ I’ll ask him, and If he gives me permission, I’ll post them here ^^. bad thing is that I’m so influenced by things i like/watch/myself it leaks through my drawings badly xD;
Now I’ll leave you with a sketch/rough/ugly thing I drew just now. It’s how a fight between Vinca and Anya would be. Not that they’re ever going to fight, though, since they’re friends and roommates xD; Vinca’s pose was redrawn a bazilion times and still looks… not good enough. I really need to practice my dynamic drawing ^^;

That sketch at the bottom is realllllllllly sketchy xD But I see what’s going on, I like the positioning of it all. Love your city background pictures X3 Will this picture ever go beyond a sketch?
One day make e-tutorials and sell them. :3
xD I have a similar problem. When sketching clothing I feel like I’m using ideas from other sources that I’ve seen/read. >>;

@Black-spiral: Well, it’s a rough/Sketch/ugly thing after all, it’s meant to be… messy and barely understandable xD; I don’t know if I’ll ever finish it. Maybe one day when I’m bored with nthing better to do or something ^^; I have so many rough sketches lying around I should finish…. xD;
A teacher of mine asked me once if I’d be willing to make a tutorial book, like one of those “How to draw manga” things, but with my tutorials…. Maybe it wouldn’t be a bad idea XP
I’m really bad at creating stuff from scratch, so i always gather references from here and there to get inspiration. I take the things I like the most and remake them to fit what I want or need. I don’t theing there’s anything wrong with that, unless you’re copying things blatantly or you’re actually su`posed to create something never seen before XP

Uhm… Have you tought about changing a bit your style… or at least try something new?

@alexandra: there are a couple of websites with the dressup in them. Just google it.
@…: change it a bit towards what? something new like what? that’s so vague it doens’t help, you know ^^;
